Pathways to New Zealand
New Zealand is very promising and easy to love. It is a place where you can live your dreams of a better future for your family. It wants you to be part of its growing economy and become its good citizens.

VISA OPTIONS
Below are your visa options if you want to work and settle in NZ or if you want to invest, study or visit. If you are eligible under any of these visa categories or need to know if you are, do not hesitate to keep in touch with us.

Skilled Migrant Category (SMC)
New Zealand needs your skills and experience to cater to the manpower demands of its expanding economy. Areas needing more workers include manufacturing, information technology, transportation, construction, food industry, logistics, farming, and healthcare. Immigration New Zealand (INZ), the NZ government agency that deals with visa applications and immigration issues, verifies if you are the one NZ needs to help fill its skills shortage. NZ Lifeways Immigration Ltd. will assess your eligibility and guide you so you can meet the INZ criteria. If you satisfy all the requirements for SMC, you will later become eligible for residency which enables you to live and work as long as you want in NZ. INZ has published online a skills shortage list. Contact us right away if your qualification is listed.

Work to Residence: Accredited Employer
This is the easiest pathway to NZ. If you find an employer in NZ who can give you a job offer, you are immediately granted a Work to Residence visa. After 24 months at work, you can apply for residency along with your spouse and children.

Residence Visa
If you hold a work permit and within a certain period, you gain enough experience and points to satisfy the residence application criteria, you can then collate all your original documents to process your residence application.

Student Visa
If you want to upgrade your qualification and improve your chances at getting a work visa in the future, you need to secure a student visa. We will assist you to find the right course and school for your career path. During the assessment, we will discuss the required documents and fees. NZ Lifeways Immigration Ltd. is associated with major schools in the North Island and South Island region. Due to the high education standards in NZ, we guarantee that you will get the best qualification.

Partnership Visa
If you were granted a valid work permit or a valid residence visa, you can bring your spouse/partner and dependent children in New Zealand under the family category for temporary visa or residence visa application respectively under the applicable immigration policy at the time of application.

Visitor Visa
New Zealand is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. Anyone who saw the Lord of the Rings trilogy gets the idea. It is not surprising that many people are lured to experience a once-in-a-lifetime adventure in the world’s one and only Middle Earth. Before travelling to New Zealand you may need to apply for a visitor visa. Under the visitor visa category, you are not entitled to earn income by any means. If you come from a country with a visa-waiver agreement with New Zealand, you do not need a visitor visa to enter the country.

Investor Visa
The backbone of New Zealand’s stable economy is Small Medium Enterprise. According to the Ministry for Economic Development, 99% of businesses in NZ are small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and account for an estimated 60% of employment. Thus, if you are seriously looking for an investment and want to gain your residency through this, the NZ government encourages you to do so. The following are the requirements:.
